119 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur. Of the 298 corona samples in Chandpur, 119 were identified. The detection rate is 40.07%.
According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office, the new victims include 33 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 1 from Matlab North, 19 from Matlab South, 11 from Hajiganj, 21 from Faridganj, 2 from Haimchar, 31 from Shahrasti and 1 from Kachua.
On the same day, 71 people were declared healthy. Of these, 27 are from Chandpur Sadar, 18 from Matlab South, 7 from Faridganj, 7 from Hajiganj, 8 from Shahrasti and 4 from Kachua.
Meanwhile, the number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 6813 with new cases. The death toll was 138. So far 5342 people have been declared healthy. At present 1333 people are undergoing treatment.
Among the injured, 38 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of the hospital. The rest are in home isolation.
