139 deaths from coronavirus

139 more people have died due to coronavirus infection in the country. The total number of deaths in the country stands at 25,282.
At the same time, 4,804 people were newly identified. With this, the total number of identities in the country increased to 14 lakh 61 thousand 998 people.
This information was given in a press release signed by additional Director General (Administration) of the Department of Health Prof. Nasima Sultana on Sunday, August 22.
A statement from the health department said 31,689 samples had been tested in 24 hours. A total of 86 lakh 49 thousand 828 samples have been tested in the country so far.
