In Chandpur 7 more people identified as corona infected: Death toll rises to 47.In Chandpur, the corona of 7 more people including health workers and police have been identified. Among them 3 are from Chandpur Sadar, 3 from Shahrasti and 1 from Haimchar.

According to the Civil Surgeon’s Office, this information was given on Tuesday afternoon, June 23.

According to the source, the test report of 28 more people came this morning. Of these, 7 reported as corona positive. The rest is negative.

The total number of patients affected by corona in the district stood at 617. The death toll is 47.

The three victims in Chandpur Sadar Upazila are 1 member of the naval police (34), 1 health worker (30) of Truck Road and 1 old man (60) of Bank Colony.

The current upazila-wise statistics of 617 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 251 in Chandpur Sadar, 74 in Matlab South, 66 in Hajiganj, 67 in Shahrasti, 63 in Faridganj, 34 in Haimchar, 33 in North and 29 in Kachu.

The upazila-wise statistics of 47 deaths in the district are: 14 in Hajiganj, 12 in Chandpur Sadar, 6 in Faridganj, 5 in Kachua, 5 in Matlab North, 3 in Shahrasti and 2 in Matlab South.
