93.58% of students clear SSC, equivalent exams

The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations have been published. An average of 93.58 percent of candidates have passed the examination this year.

Last time it was 82.87 percent. As a result, the pass rate has increased by 10.71 percent.

The results were published on Thursday at 11:15 p.m.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the distribution of free books among students at Bangabandhu International Conference Center. After that, the results were published.

The Prime Minister attended the function via video conference from Ganobhaban.

On behalf of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Education Dipu Moni received the SSC and equivalent results.

The total number of candidates for SSC and equivalent examinations was 22 lakh 27 thousand 113 people. Of these, 20 lakh 96 thousand 546 people have passed.

On the other hand, under the nine general education boards, the average pass rate in SSC examinations is 94.08%.
