A car bomb blast near the Afghanistan capital, Kabul, has killed at least 17 people.
The blast came on the eve of a three-day ceasefire announced by the Taliban on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
The Taliban have denied responsibility for the attack, although Islamic State (IS) has not yet commented.
A spokesman for the governor of Logar province told it was thought to be a suicide car bombing.
Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Aryan said terrorists had attacked again on the night of Eid-ul-Azha, killing several people.
