BCB’s Corona App To Protect Cricketers

BCB’s Corona app to protect cricketers.Coronavirus has changed a lot. A lot of life is lost! There is no indication that all will be well next time. That is why life cannot be stopped. Trying to make everything normal. The main goal of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is to ensure the safety of cricketers. They are not giving any concession in doing this.

This time BCB is adding ‘Corona App’ to ensure the safety of cricketers. The scenario has changed further as two national team cricketers, Mashrafe bin Mortuza and Nazmul Islam Apu, have been attacked. Meanwhile, BCB has launched an app with which Tamim Iqbal-Mushfiqur Rahim can be traced regularly.

In this app, BCB will be able to know if any of the cricketers have corona symptoms.

According to board sources, the BCB will monitor the top 70 cricketers in the Corona app technology. Only then can this number increase. For now, the BCB is keeping an eye on every cricketer (male and female) on the national team’s contract and under-19 cricketers.

However, the BCB has previously used ‘Athlete Management Software’ to get information about cricketers. This time BCB created ‘Covid-19 Well Being App’. There will be several questions for cricketers about corona symptoms. And 70 cricketers have to answer those questions every day. The medical team of BCB will understand the condition of the cricketers by seeing all these.

BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury Sujan told the media, ‘We are already using some software. It’s an athlete management software. An extended part of that – Covid-19 Well Being App. Through this I will be able to keep track of the health of the cricketers. Cricketers will use this app on their phones. This app will have a questionnaire. The cricketers will answer him. Every morning they will tell their situation by answering some questions. Our medical team will review these issues.’
