Poet and literary organizer M. Noor-e-Alam Patwari’s first poetry book ‘Dasattar Anna Naam Jiban’ has been published. The book has been published by the country’s renowned publishing house Anon Prokashan Limited.
The 48-page book contains 38 poems. The book is dedicated to his late father Md. Abid Ali Patwari. Publisher S.M. Shamsul Alam. Cover by Moniruzzaman Palash. Price 200 taka. Readers can collect the book from Rokemari or Anon Prokashan’s online platform.
It is worth noting that M. Noor-e-Alam Patwari was born in Bishnudi, Chandpur city. During his educational career, he obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Bengali: B.Ed (professional), M.Ed (research). A teacher by profession.
He has been associated with literary practice since 1997. He is also known as a literary organizer. He is the president, Chandpur Sahitya Parishad: one of the founders, Chandpur Lekhak Parishad: general member, Sahitya Academy, Chandpur.
Edited Chhotakagaj Upma, Somyer Dak, Angon. He is the literary editor of Dainik Shapath. He has also served as the literary editor of Chandpur Zamin, Chandpur Darpan, Dainik Chandpur.
In recognition of his literary pursuits, he received the ‘Sahitya Kantha’ Writer’s Award-2005’, ‘Chhayabani Kriti Writer’s Award-2016’, ‘Charyapad Sahitya Academy Puraskar-2019’.
