Corona of 4 more people has been identified in Chandpur today. Among them 1 from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Matlab North and 2 from Hajiganj.
With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2086 people. The death toll is 76. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.
According to sources, a total of 84 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR Lab of Chandpur-based Bahasabi on Sunday (August 23). 4 of these reports are not positive. The remaining 80 reports are not negative.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 2086 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 830 in Chandpur Sadar, 242 in Faridganj, 224 in Matlab South, 203 in Shahrasti, 192 in Hajiganj, 180 in Matlab North, 135 in Haimchar and 80 in Kachu.
The upazila-wise statistics of 76 deaths in the district are: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 11 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
