35 more people identified as infecte in Chandpur, death 1. In Chandpur, corona of 35 out of 262 samples was identified. The proportion of infected identified in the sample ratio is 13.35%. One person died of corona on that day.
According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office, the new victims include 17 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 5 from Hajiganj, 3 from Faridganj, 4 from Shahrasti, 3 from Matlab South and 3 from Kachua.
On the same day, 76 people have been declared corona free. Of these, 44 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 8 from Faridganj, 14 from Hajiganj, 8 from Matlab South, 1 from Matlab North and 1 from Haimchar.
The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 14,286 with new cases. The death toll has risen to 227. So far 12,875 people have been declared healthy. At present the number of patients undergoing treatment is 1184. Of these, 34 are hospitalized. The rest are in home isolation.
