Cox’s Bazar beach travel ban.District administration has banned tourists from Cox’s Bazar to prevent coronavirus. The ban was imposed on Wednesday, March 18 in the nearby tourist centers along Cox’s Bazar beach.

The ban will remain in force until further notice. Cox’s Bazar Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kamal Hossain confirmed the matter.

He said many tourists come from Cox’s Bazar, both domestic and foreign. As a result, Cox’s Bazar is at risk of coronavirus. To avoid the risk of Corona, it was decided not to come to Cox’s Bazar. At the same time, a warning has been issued to prevent tourists from coming to the beach to prevent public meetings on the beach. Beach shoppers and tourist police are removing tourists from the beach.

Assistant Superintendent of Police of Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police Md. Fakhrul Islam said, “We have informed them about the tourists who have already visited the beach. This decision will remain in force until further instructions. The decision has been made in the public interest.
