One killed in Corona in Chandpur, 118 identified. Out of 225 samples in Chandpur, corona of 118 people were identified. On the same day, a corona from Hajiganj died in the isolation ward of Sadar Hospital.
According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office on Thursday, July 22, there were 66 in Chandpur Sadar, 22 in Shahrasti, 11 in Hajiganj, 8 in Faridganj, 7 in Matlab North, two in Matlab South and two in Kachua.
A total of 7694 people have been infected in the district so far, including 116 new ones. Of these, 5758 people have recovered and 18 are undergoing treatment.
Sources further said that a corona positive patient named Rabeya (65) of Tarapalla village of Raghunathpur in Hajiganj has died. With this death, the total number of deaths in Chandpur stood at 148 people.
