Celebration of International Women’s Day in Chandpur

Celebration of International Women’s Day in Chandpur.A discussion meeting and award distribution ceremony was held at Chandpur Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Room on March 8 at 10 am on the occasion of International Women’s Day. This year’s theme was “Women’s Leadership in Corona – Building a New World of Equality.”

Chandpur District Deputy Commissioner Anjana Khan Majlish was present as the chief guest in the presidency of Rafia Iqbal, Women’s Affairs Officer, Chandpur. Additional Deputy Commissioner General and Deputy Director of Local Department Mohammad Abdullah Al Mahmud Zaman was present as special guest. Program Officer Kabita Akhter was in charge of the program.

Among others, Additional Superintendent of Police Abdur Rahim, President of Chandpur Press Club Iqbal Patwary, President of District Awami League Masuda Nur Khan and Director of Sonali Sudin MA Hanif and other personalities were present.
