Public Holiday Have Been Extended Until April 25

Public holidays in the global pandemic coronavirus crisis have been extended until April 25. For this, the general holiday was extended for the fourth time.

Earlier, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office Ahmed Kayakous told the media that the holiday could possibly extend for a few days. The Cabinet Division is looking into the matter.

The first phase was affected from March 26 to April 04, with the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic. The holiday was then extended to 11 April.

The holidays were extended to the third round till 14 April. In view of the situation, the fourth round of leave has been extended till April 25.

Testing for the diagnosis of Covid-19 disease in the country is increasing, the number of infected and dead is increasing.

In this situation, the government has decided to extend the leave. After the first death of Corona on March 18, the government sat down. Announces a general holiday from March 26 to April 04.

Then, as the situation continued to deteriorate, the general leave was extended till April 14. At the same time, the first arrangement of the first Baishakh was canceled.

Earlier in mid-March, it was announced that all educational institutions in Bangladesh would be closed from March 17 to 31.

The H.S.C. and equivalent examinations, which began on April 01, were canceled.
