Rainfall Is Likely In Some Areas Of The Country

Rainfall is likely in some areas of the country.Light rain or thunderstorms are likely in both Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions. Meteorologist Abdul Hamid said on Sunday, February 9, but there is no chance of rain after the next 24 hours.

He said that there would be no cold wave in the country in the next few days. However, the temperature will drop again after the rains and will continue till February 11-12. The temperature will rise from then on.

The weather forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 am on February 9 says that the country may remain dry, with partly cloudy skies. Light fog can be seen in the country from midnight till morning.

The night temperature may decrease by 1 to 3 degrees Celsius throughout the country. In the northwestern part of the country, daytime temperatures may rise by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius and temperatures may remain almost unchanged elsewhere in the country.

The lowest temperature in the country was recorded on Sunday in Tatulia at 9.1 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was recorded at 17 degrees Celsius and maximum at 24 degrees Celsius today. Temperatures may drop further over the next 72 hours, the weather office said.

At 6 am, the relative humidity of the air in Dhaka was 80 percent. The sunset is at 5:50 pm and tomorrow sunrise at 6:35 am.

The weather diagram summarizes that the upper part of the sub-continental high pressure ball extends to West Bengal and adjoining areas. The usual low season temperatures are in the South Bay.
