Shanto scored his first century in the Bangabandhu T20 Cup. Century was elusive in Bangabandhu T20 Cup.
However, Nazmul Hossain Shanto turned Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Stadium into a boundary carpet.
The left-arm opener touched the three-digit milestone in the rain of sixes. Shanto got the second T20 century of his career with 52 balls. However, for a while, Bangladesh could not set a record of T20 century. Tamim scored a century off 50 balls in the BPL final on February 8,2019.
Shanto scored a century in BPL with 51 balls. This time he got the second century.
He hit 10 sixes to reach the century.
