Tigresses are in the ODI World Cup for the first time

A new type of coronavirus, Omicron, has invaded Africa. Due to this, the qualifying round of womens ODI World Cup has been canceled. This is the good news for Bangladesh. Being at the top of the group, Bangladesh womens team has booked a ticket for the ODI World Cup for the first time in history.

Australia, England and South Africa, along with hosts New Zealand, have already qualified for the main stage of the World Cup.

Bangladesh, West Indies and Pakistan were named in the main phase of the womens ODI world cup.

The country’s women cricketers will make their debut in the one-day World Cup in March 2022 through a tournament.

For the first time in the history of womens cricket in the country, they will play in the ODI World Cup.
