Mirzadi was admitted to Dhaka Medical College in 1983. After obtaining MBBS degree from Dhaka Medical College, he worked in several institutes. Later he received his Masters Degree in Disease from the National Institute of Preventive and Social Medicine (Nipsum). He then joined the Bangladesh Medical Research Council as Assistant Director and did three years of research. He joined Nipsum as an assistant professor. He later received a PhD degree from the University of Cambridge.
She was appointed Director of the Institute of Pathology, Disease Control and Research in 2016. After his appointment as Director, he conducted various security measures and studies to prevent the spread of pandemic virus and disease in various important places of Bangladesh. Under his supervision, security measures were taken at Shahjalal Airport in Dhaka to prevent the Zika virus, coronavirus related to respiratory syndrome in the Middle East and the global pandemic of coronavirus on 2019-20. His team worked to prevent chikungunya in Bangladesh in 2017.
She also serves as vice-president of the International Association of the National Public Health Institutes.
