Second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine will start from tomorrow at various vaccination centers in the capital and Dhaka district.
On Sunday, August 1 in the afternoon in the press bulletin of the Department of Health, vaccination program officer Dr. Md. Shamsul Islam gave this information.
He said the vaccine would be given in all districts of the country from next week. The number of people who did not get the second dose is about 1.5 million. Those who did not receive the second dose will receive a text message from their respective centers. Shamsul Islam said that there are more than 1 million AstraZeneca vaccines given by the Japanese government.
