Corona infected 3114 in 24 hours, 42 died.The number of coronavirus cases is increasing in the country. In the last 24 hours, 42 people have died due to corona in the country. At the same time 3,114 people have been identified as affected by Corona.
The total number of deaths in the country is 1,968. And the total number of identified is one lakh 56 thousand and 391 people.
Additional Director General of the Department of Health Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana gave this information on Friday, July 03.
The Department of Health regularly conducts online briefings on the coronavirus situation in the country.
Professor Nasima Sultana said samples from 14,650 people were tested in the last 24 hours. Samples were tested in 63 out of 71 labs. So far 8 lakh and 57 thousand 332 samples have been tested.
She said another 1,606 Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of 68,048 people have recovered.
The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
