143 people had died in the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 8,301 new patients have been identified. The total number of identified patients stood at 9 lakh 21 thousand 559. Of these, 14,646 people have died.

In the last 24 hours, 32,055 samples including antigen tests have been tested.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08 last year. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
