In the last 24 hours, another 1,893 people have recovered. So far, a total of 3 lakh 54 thousand 788 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, 15,598 samples were collected in 117 laboratories and 16,469 samples were tested. The total number of sample tests stood at 25 lakh 89 thousand 421. In the last 24 hours, the detection rate is 16.95 percent considering the sample test and the recovery rate is 80.86 percent considering the detection. In addition, the identified death rate is 1.43 percent.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 8. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of the coronavirus.
