Fanatics want to make the country Pakistan:Mozammel Haque. Liberation War Affairs Minister AQM Mozammel Haque has said that fanatics want to make Bangladesh fail like Pakistan. He said that the work of big installation like Padma bridge is almost completed. Our standard of living is improving. Then the fanatics want to turn our country into a failed state like Pakistan.
He was speaking at the launch of Arup Ratan Chowdhury’s book titled ‘Bangabandhu’s Historical March 7 Speech and Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra’ at the National Press Club.
Mozammel Haque said that Bangabandhu prepared the Bengalis for war step by step. Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra inspired the people who were trapped inside Bangladesh during the war of liberation. Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra has instilled hope in the people.
Without the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra, the people and the world would not have known about the various issues of the liberation war of Bangladesh.
He said that in many cases Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra has done more than what a sector has been able to do during the liberation war.
Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, a vocalist of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra, was present as a speaker at the function presided over by Shahjahan Khan, President of the Parliamentary Committee on Liberation War.
