There is no warning in the port, but it may rain today. The depression in the sea has subsided. The deep depression in the North-West Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas crossed the West Khulna coast last Friday.

It was located in Gazipur and adjoining areas at 6:00 am on Saturday. Later it becomes more vulnerable. As a result, the Meteorological Department has lifted the warning signals issued in Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra seaports.

However, it may rain in some parts of the country on Sunday (October 25). After that, the rain will gradually stop, the Meteorological Department said.

He said, ‘South-west monsoon is still active in some parts of the country. The effect will be rain somewhere. Gradually it will go away. ‘

The weather forecast for Sunday said rain is likely in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chittagong, Rangpur and some parts of Sylhet division and a couple of places in Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions.

Meanwhile, due to the low pressure caused by the sea, light to moderate rains have disrupted public life across the country. Especially in the temple, many people of the Hindu community could not go to the temple in comfort. People who work hard are in more danger. The torrential rains have created a winter mood in many districts. There has been extensive damage to fish and field crops and vegetables in ponds and enclosures.

Chandpur recorded the highest rainfall of 167 mm in the last 24 hours. The capital Dhaka recorded 38 mm of rainfall at that time. As a result, water freezes in different parts of the capital. Traffic jam occurs. However, the level of rainfall has come down in different parts of the country due to the reduction in depression.
