Another 77 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur

Another 77 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur. In Chandpur, corona of 77 out of 198 samples was identified. The detection rate is 33.50%.

Among them 43 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 8 from Matlab South, 5 from Hajiganj, 5 from Faridganj, 2 from Haimchar, 3 from Kachua and 11 from Shahrasti.

On the same day, 21 people were declared as healthy. Among them 7 are from Chandpur Sadar, 3 from Matlab South, 1 from Faridganj, 1 from Haimchar, 1 from Hajiganj and 8 from Shahrasti.

Sources in the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office said this on Monday.

The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 5750 with new cases. The death toll was 127. So far 4922 people have been declared healthy. At present 690 people are undergoing treatment.

Among the injured, 25 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital. The rest are in home isolation.
