Another died at Corona in Chandpur, newly identified as infected 47.Another died while undergoing treatment at the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital. His name is Dilip Chandra Sarkar (65). His home is in Karaitali area of ​​Faridganj.

On April 14, he was admitted to Sadar Hospital with corona symptoms. Then comes his corona positive report in the sample test. He died at around 4:15 am on Saturday while undergoing treatment at the Corona Isolation Ward.

Meanwhile, the corona of 47 more people was identified in Chandpur on Saturday. Chandpur Sadar Upazila has 24 people, Kachua has 7 people, Hajiganj has 6 people, Faridganj has 1 person, Shahrasti has 8 people and Haimchar has 1 person.

Sources in the Civil Surgeon’s Office said on Saturday.

On the same day, 21 people were declared healthy. Among them 15 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 1 from Matlab South, 3 from Faridganj, 1 from Shahrashti and 1 from Kachua.

The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 3828 with new cases. The death toll rose to 104. 3076 people have recovered.

At present 648 people are undergoing treatment. Among the injured, 20 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital. The rest are in home isolation.
