One arrested for spreading rumors about Corona.RAB-11 arrested in Comilla for spreading rumors about Corona virus.

On Friday night, March 20, a special operation was conducted in the Batpara area under Kotwali police station in Comilla district.
Bulbul Ahmed(28) was arrested in a raid in Kaliwuri Bhatpara village of Kotwali police station in Comilla. During this time, one Samsung Galaxy J 2 prime mobile phones were seized from him.
The mobile phone using bulbul Ahmed Nazmul Khan, the ID of the mobile, has been found on social media to carry out various false and misleading propaganda about the “Corona virus”.
Upon interrogation and preliminary inquiries it is learned that the accused is a permanent resident of Kotwali police station in Comilla district. She has long been trying to mislead people by using various types of electronic devices, with intentionally misleading pictures and posts promoting social media through social media.
Also, the current global issues were trying to destabilize the current law and order situation in the country by disseminating the image of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh by spreading false, fabricated and propaganda information about the situation in Bangladesh of Corona virus.
For a long time, a special team of RAB-11 was able to arrest him under intelligence surveillance because of his involvement in these activities.
It is to be noted that he was earlier arrested by RAB-10 for committing similar crimes in the year 2018 and subsequently he came to bail recently and carried out similar crime activities.
Efforts are underway to arrest other criminals involved in such offenses and legal proceedings are under process against the accused at Kotwali police station in Comilla district.
