Peru is Brazil’s partner in the semi-finals of the Copa America. Peru beat Paraguay by 4-3 margin in a penalty shootout in the quarter-finals.

Gianluca Lapadula and Yoshimar Yotún scorred for Peru. The rest of their goal came when Paraguay defender Gustavo Gomez committed a suicidal goal.
The fate of the match was decided in the penalty shootout as the result of the game did not come at the scheduled time. Peru will play Brazil in the semi-finals.
