The corona of 18 more people was identified in Chandpur on Tuesday. This information was given by the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Monday, June 30. Among them 8 are from Chandpur Sadar, 3 from Matlab North, 3 from Shahrashti, 2 from Hajiganj, 1 from Haimchar and 1 from Matlab South (ICDDRB).
All the victims in Chandpur Sadar are police members. There is also a police super. On the other hand, 1 health worker has been attacked in Matlab South.
With this, the number of victims of corona in the district has increased to 874. The death toll was 57. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office. Sources said 105 reports came in on Tuesday (June 30). Of these, 18 reports are not positive. The rest are negative.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 874 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 329 in Chandpur Sadar, 100 in Shahrasti, 96 in Matlab South, 90 in Hajiganj, 84 in Faridganj, 70 in Haimchar, 65 in Matlab North and 40 in Kachu.
The upazila-wise statistics of 57 deaths in the district are as follows: 16 in Hajiganj, 15 in Chandpur Sadar, 8 in Matlab North, 7 in Faridganj, 5 in Kachua, 4 in Shahrasti and 2 in Matlab South.
