16 people died of coronavirus in country

16 more people have died of coronavirus infection in the country. At the same time, 316 new patients have been identified.

So far, corona infection has been detected in 5 lakh 38 thousand 378 people in the country. Total 8 thousand 221 people have died.

Additional Director General of the Department of Health (Administration), Professor Nasima Sultana gave this information through press release on Monday, February 08 in the afternoon.

According to a notification issued by the Department of Health, 13,762 samples were tested in the last 24 hours in 206 public and private labs in the country. A total of 37 lakh 62 thousand 774 samples were tested.
