108 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur. Corona of 108 more people have been identified in Chandpur. The total number of samples collected on this day was 557. The proportion of infected identified in the sample ratio is 19.38%.
According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office, the new victims include 58 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 4 from Hajiganj, 28 from Faridganj, 4 from Matlab South, 8 from Shahrashti, 4 from Kachua and 2 from Matlab North.
On the same day, 446 people were declared corona-free. Of these, 208 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 47 from Faridganj, 44 from Hajiganj, 42 from Matlab South, 1 from Kachua, 30 from Haimchar, 20 from Matlab North and 54 from Shahrashti.
The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 13,610 with new cases. The death toll has risen to 220. So far 10,864 people have been declared healthy. At present the number of patients undergoing treatment is 2526. 88 of them are hospitalized. The rest are in home isolation.
