18 more people identified as infected in Chandpur

18 more people identified as infected in Chandpur. Among them 7 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 5 from Faridganj, 1 from Hajiganj, 2 from Haimchar, 2 from Matlab South and 1 from Shahrasti.

On the same day, 7 people have been declared corona free. Among them 5 are from Chandpur Sadar upazila and 2 from Matlab South.

This information has been known from the sources of the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Monday, May 31.

The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 4746 with new cases. The death toll is 122. 4346 people have recovered. At present 277 people are undergoing treatment. Among the injured, 12 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital. The rest are in home isolation.
