20 More People Identified As Corona Infected In Chandpur

20 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur.Corona of 20 more people has been identified in Chandpur. On Friday(August 07) 71 reports came. Of these, 15 reports are not positive. The remaining 56 reports are negative. With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district has increased to 1910 people. The death toll was 75. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.

According to sources, 5 of them are from Chandpur Sadar, 5 from Matlab North, 5 from Shahrashti and 1 from Kachua.

The present upazila-wise statistics of 1910 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 752 in Chandpur Sadar, 216 in Faridganj, 203 in Matlab South, 195 in Shahrasti, 181 in Hajiganj, 152 in Matlab North, 128 in Haimchar and 79 in Kachu.

The upazila-wise statistics of 75 deaths in the district are: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 10 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Sakhawat Ullah said that out of 1910 people affected in the district, 1269 have already recovered. 546 people are under treatment.

So far, 659 patients have been admitted in isolation. Of these, 629 have already received clearance. At present the number of patients in isolation is 30. Besides, the total number of home quarantine persons in the district is 10,821. Of these, 8351 people got clearance. At present there are 2470 people in home quarantine.
