23 people died in last 24 hours

Coronavirus has killed 23 more people across the country in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of deaths due to the virus in the country increased to seven thousand 906 people.

During this period, 569 new infections have been detected. With this, the total number of identified patients in the country stood at 5 lakh 27 thousand 632 people.

On Thursday, January 17 in the afternoon, the Additional Director General of the Department of Health, Professor Nasima Sultana gave this information.

It may be mentioned that the first patient infected with coronavirus (Covid-19) was identified on March 8. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of the coronavirus.
