The information was given at a press conference at the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) auditorium in Mohakhali on Sunday (March 22), according to the Institute of Health, Pathology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR). IEDCR director Dr. Dr. Mirzadi Sabrina Flora.

He said that in the last 24 hours, another 65 samples have been tested as suspects. Coronavirus was identified in the body of three people. In all, the number of coronary cases is 27 in the country. In addition, three of the victims were recovering and returning home. This time two more are recovering. As a result, a total of five have recovered.

Dr. Mirzadi Sabrina Flora said three of the new victims were women, two men. Two came from outside. The other suffered from contact with another ill patient. Although the virus was affected by the virus, the symptoms were mild.

She said that in the last 24 hours, IEDCR hotline received a total of 3,812 calls. Of these 3,725 calls are related to Corona.

Meanwhile, a 73-year-old resident of Mirpur died in a hospital while being treated in the media, saying that he was suffering from coronas. In addition, a woman treated at the Isolation Unit in Sylhet on suspicion of coronavirus has also died. The IEDCR said other samples will be collected from the woman who returned to the UK. But the press conference did not say anything about the death.

The coronavirus, which was first detected in China in late December, is now a global epidemic. So far more than three million people have been infected worldwide. More than 13,000 people died. Besides, about 96,000 people have returned home after treatment.

The virus was detected in Bangladesh on March 8. Thereafter, the number of infections in the virus increased. So far, 27 people have been attacked in the country so far, two have died.

Meanwhile, all the educational institutions of the country have been declared closed due to the spread of Corona. Except for all four countries and regions, all passengers have been stopped.
