Admission in XI: 13 lakh application.In the first phase of application for admission in class XI, more than 13 lakh and 42 thousand applicants have applied for admission. College Inspector of Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Professor Dr. Harun-ur-Rashid confirmed the information at 10:30 pm on Thursday.
He said, ‘As many as 13 lakh and 42 thousand 106 students from all over the country have applied for admission in the college till 10:30 pm on Thursday. Of these, only 3 lakh and 94 thousand 642 students have applied for admission in Dhaka Board colleges. They have applied for 19 lakh and 53 thousand 252 in the colleges of Dhaka Board.
He also said that the acceptance of the application for the first stage of admission in class XI is coming to an end on August 20. Students can apply till 12:00 noon.
It is learned that this year 9 lakh general education boards, madrasa education boards and technical education boards took part in a total examination of 20 lakh and 40 thousand 28 students. Of these, 16 lakh and 90 thousand 523 students passed.
The online admission process for class XI in the 2020-2021 academic year started from 7:00 am on August 09. Admission will be completed by September 15.
Admissions need to apply online from http://www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd. And money can be paid through cash, Sonali Bank, Teletalk, bKash.
A minimum of 5 and a maximum of ten colleges can apply according to the order of preference. Will be nominated for admission in specific colleges according to preference order. The result of SSC and equivalent examination is the basis of college nomination. All the students, teachers, parents and concerned operators have been instructed to complete the admission process following the hygiene rules for admission in the XI.
