Public Awareness Needs To Be Raised

Major (ret.) Rafiqul Islam said,’No fear of Corona virus, public awareness needs to be raised.’
Chandpur-5 constituency MP and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Shipping, Major (Retd) Rafiqul Islam Birutham MP, said, “There is no fear of corona virus, public awareness should be increased. The government is closely monitoring the matter. In the meantime, the government is putting quarantine of foreign returns. All strategies are being adopted to protect the people of the country from a danger.”

He said this at a meeting of the management committee of Shahraste Upazila Hospital at Chandpur on Sunday March 15.

Major Rafiq said, “The government will take action if the Corona virus needs to be stopped to prevent it.” There is nothing to be afraid of. ‘
