4 killed including gunman in Chicago

Attacks in Chicago: 4 women and children shot.At least three people have been killed in gunfire in different parts of the US city of Chicago. Four more women and children were shot in the incident. Their condition is critical. Jason Nightingale, 32, was later killed in a shootout with police.

One of the dead was a University of Chicago student, 30, police sources said. The other two are a 20-year-old man and the other is a building security guard (46). Among the injured were two elderly women (aged 77 and 81), a woman and a 15-year-old girl.

Jason Nightingale shot and killed a University of Chicago student in the area adjacent to Heidi Park, south of the city, Saturday afternoon, Chicago Police Officer David Brown said. He later moved to the North Easton area of ​​the city. Going there, he started firing randomly at a restaurant. A woman was shot. Jason later confronted police in a parking lot on the Chicago border. The gunman, Jason, was killed during the exchange of fire.
