The number of corona cases in Chandpur has increased to 2661.Out of 35 reports from Corona Lab in Chandpur, 8 corona have been identified and 5 corona have been released. With this, the number of people infected by corona in the district has increased to 281 people. The death toll was 85. 2538 people have recovered. At present 38 people are undergoing treatment.
Among the identified corona are 3 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 2 from Matlab South, 1 from Matlab North and 2 from Hajiganj. All of them are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila.
This information has been known from the sources of the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Wednesday, December 30.
At present, the upazila-wise statistics of 2661 people infected by corona in Chandpur district are: 1138 in Chandpur Sadar, 295 in Faridganj, 292 in Matlab South, 248 in Shahrashti, 223 in Hajiganj, 203 in Matlab North, 170 in Haimchar and 92 in Kachu.
The upazila-wise statistics of 85 deaths in Corona district are as follows: 28 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 12 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 4 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
