Corona death toll in 24 hours is 37, newly identified 3 thousand and 240.The number of coronavirus cases is increasing in the country. In the last 24 hours, 37 people have died due to corona in the country. At the same time 3,240 people have been identified as affected by Corona.
The total number of deaths in the country is 1,425. The total number of identities is one lakh 8 thousand and 775 people.
Additional Director General of the Department of Health Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana gave this information on Saturday, June 20. The Department of Health regularly conducts online briefings on the coronavirus situation in the country.
Professor Nasima Sultana said samples from 14,031 people were tested in the last 24 hours. So far 5 lakh anf 96 thousand 579 samples have been tested.
She said 1,048 more Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of 43,993 people have recovered.
The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
