Out of 45 reports from Corona Lab in Chandpur, 5 corona have been identified. They are all from Chandpur Sadar upazila. The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 2590. The death toll is 81. 2445 people have recovered. At present 64 people are undergoing treatment.

At present there are 2590 people infected by Corona in Chandpur district are: In Chandpur district 1098 people are presently in Sadar, 289 people in Faridganj, 285 people in Matlab South, 242 people in Shahrasti, 220 people in Hajiganj, 200 people in Matlab North, 168 people in Haimchar and 88 people in Kachua.
The upazila-wise statistics of 81 deaths in Corona district are as follows: 24 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 12 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 4 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
