Corona of 8 more people was identified in Chandpur on Friday. Of these, 5 are from Haimchar, 2 from Chandpur Sadar and 1 from Matlab North. On the same day, 4 people have been declared free and healthy from Corona.
Of these, 2 are from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Matlab South and 1 from Matlab North.
With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2191 people. The death toll is 76. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.
According to sources, a total of 72 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR Lab of Chandpur-based Bahasabi on Friday(September 11). 8 of these reports are not positive. The remaining 64 reports are not negative.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 2191 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 879 in Chandpur Sadar, 254 in Faridganj, 231 in Matlab South, 212 in Shahrasti, 195 in Hajiganj, 189 in Matlab North, 148 in Haimchar and 83 in Kachu.
The upazila-wise statistics of 76 deaths in the district are: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 11 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
