Corona infection in Spain exceed 1 million, state of emergency declared.
The Spanish government has declared a state of emergency due to an increase in corona disease.
The announcement was made by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in a televised address after a meeting with his cabinet on Sunday.
He has sought parliamentary approval to continue the state of emergency for the next six months.
Parliamentary approval is required to maintain the state of emergency for more than 15 days.
So Sanchez has sought approval to extend the state of emergency until May 9.
More than six people will not be allowed to gather during the state of emergency.
It is known that the second wave of Corona hit Spain. Last Wednesday, the number of corona cases exceeded one million as the first European country. And the number of deaths has exceeded 35 thousand.
Then came the declaration of a state of emergency by the country’s government.
The Spanish prime minister said a curfew had been imposed along with the state of emergency.
However, only Canary Islands have been excluded from the ban.
At present the situation in the country is going to the extreme stage.
