Peanuts reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes

Many people like to eat peanuts. It also has different names in different languages. Peanuts are also used in many dishes. Peanuts are rich in monounsaturated and various fats that regulate blood cholesterol levels. Regular consumption of these nuts reduces cardiovascular complications.

A recent study from Osaka University in Japan found that eating 4-5 peanuts a day significantly reduced the risk of ischemic stroke and heart disease. Studies have also shown that regular consumption of peanuts reduces the risk of diabetes by 21 percent.

Why are peanuts beneficial?

Peanuts are low in carbohydrates. But it contains enough protein and fat. Peanuts are rich in magnesium, which helps control blood pressure. Peanuts contain healthy fats and a fiber called arginine. This fiber helps reduce the risk of heart disease. As well as keeping the heart healthy, peanuts also reduce the risk of cancer. Because it contains important antioxidants like vitamin E.

Excess weight can cause various problems in the body. There is even a risk of heart disease. Eating enough peanuts increases metabolism and helps in weight control.

According to experts, it is important to eat peanuts 4-5 days a week to keep the heart-healthy. However, you should not eat more than 7-8 grams per day. If someone has a particular allergy problem, it is better to consult a doctor before eating.
