Another 21 people died in Corona in the country, identified in 1637
In the last 24 hours, 21 more people have died due to corona in the country. So far 5681 people have died.
At the same time, 1,637 people have been newly infected with corona. A total of 3 lakh and 90 thousand 206 people have been affected.
This information has been given in the press release issued by the Department of Health on Monday (October 18) at noon.
In the last 24 hours, 15,147 samples have been collected in 110 laboratories. Of which 15,146 are being tested. So far 21 lakh and 78 thousand 714 samples have been tested.
The notification further said that 14 men and 7 women were among the dead. In the last 24 hours, a total of 1,072 people have recovered and a total of 3 lakh and 5,599 people have recovered. In the last 24 hours, out of every 100 samples tested, 10.81 people were identified as infected. So far, 17.91 percent of the samples have been infected.
As a percentage, 78.32 percent recovered and 1.46 percent died.
The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
