Narsingdi District Football Team Defeated By Chandpur

Narsingdi district football team Defeated by Chandpur.The narsingdi district football team defeated by the host chandpur district football team of Surma Region, based on the Bangabandhu National Football Championship held at Chandpur Stadium.Narsingdi football team defeated over 2-1 margin.

In the first half of the game, held on Tuesday afternoon, January 20, the two teams were 1-1 in first half.After the first half, the Chandpur district team defeated the Narsingdi district team by 2-1 goals. Chandpur district football team got the chance to play in the next round with this win.

Chandpur Municipal Mayor Alhaj Nasir Uddin Ahmed,Chandpur zilla parishad chairman Alhaj Osman Ghani Patwary,the president of the district football association Mohammad Ali Jinnah, member secretary and district secretary Shaheer Hossain Patwary, General secretary of the football sub-committee of the sports organization, and Golam Mostafa Babu general secretary of the district sports association were present there.

The Bangladesh Football Federation organized the Bangabandhu National Football Championship 2020 to pay tribute to the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.Games are being held at various venues throughout the district on the occasion of Mujib year.

Earlier, the Chandpur district football team played with Narsingdi district at the Narsingdi Moslem Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium on Saturday 18th January. Chandpur football team lost that match by one goal with Narsingdi football team.
