Trained Imam Conference completed in Chandpur. An Imam Conference was held at the Chandpur Islamic Foundation’s office in Chandpur on Sunday, June 27 at 11am. Principal of Chandpur Ahmadiyya Fazil Madrasa Maulana Mostafizur Rahman Khan was present as the chief guest.
The conference was chaired by Deputy Director Mohammad Khalilur Rahman.
Maulana Saifuddin Khandaker, President of Chandpur District Branch Jatiya Imam Samiti, Maulana Abdus Salam General Secretary of Chandpur District Branch Jatiya Imam Samiti and many more were present in the function.
The speakers emphasized on the need for all to work to create social awareness in the current Corona infection situation, including the role of Imams in the fight against terrorism and militancy.
The district has total 7,246 mosques. Of these there are 77 Imams were present in this conference.
