In Cumilla 5 People Including One From Shahrasti Died Due To Corona

In Cumilla, 5 people including one from Shahrasti died due to corona and symptoms.Five more died of coronavirus and symptoms at Comilla Medical College Hospital. They died in the ICU of the hospital within 24 hours.

Director of Hospital Dr. Mojibur Rahman confirmed the information on Friday, 24 July.

Meanwhile, according to the District Civil Surgeon’s Office, 31 more coronaviruses have been detected in the district in 24 hours. Of these, 28 are residents of the metropolis. With this, the number of corona victims in the district increased to 5,108.

Hospital Director Mojibur Rahman said two people died of corona in the ICU of the hospital and three others died with symptoms. The deceased have been identified as Abdur Rashid(56) son of Younus Ali of Daudkandi upazila and Abdul Quader(50) son of late Younus Patwari of Shahrashti upazila in Chandpur.

The deceased have been identified as Abu Taher(70) son of Saeed Ali of Sadar upazila, Nur Ahmed(65) son of Younus Ali of Daudkandi upazila and Hanufa Begum(40) daughter of Abul Kashem of Debidwar upazila. So far, 255 people have died in the corona unit of the hospital with corona positive and symptoms.

Meanwhile, on the official Facebook page of the district civil surgeon at 5 pm on Friday, information has been given that 31 more corona have been identified.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Niyatuzzaman said that according to the report received on Friday, out of the 31 people identified as Corona, 28 were residents of the metropolis and two were residents of Chauddagram and one was a resident of Sadar Dakshin. After collecting and sending samples of 24,151 people in the district so far, reports have been received from 24,141 people. So far 131 people have died in Corona district. Three thousand 96 people have recovered.
