In Chandpur, 11 people were identified in one day. In Chandpur, out of 106 samples, 11 more corona have been identified. The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 2981 including the new ones. The death toll is 90. 2781 people have recovered. Currently 110 people are undergoing treatment.
Among the new corona identified are 3 in Chandpur Sadar, 1 in Hajiganj, 1 in Matlab South and 6 in Matlab North. On the same day, 4 people have been declared tax free. 3 of them are from Shahrashti and 1 from Hajiganj.
This information was given by the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Tuesday, March 23.
At present, the upazila-wise statistics of 2981 people infected by corona in Chandpur district are: 1305 in Chandpur Sadar, 323 in Faridganj, 313 in Matlab South, 269 in Shahrashti, 261 in Hajiganj, 223 in Matlab North, 177 in Haimchar and 110 in Kachua.
The upazila-wise statistics of 90 deaths in Corona district are as follows: 29 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 14 in Faridganj, 11 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 5 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
