In a single day, 114 infections have been identified in Chandpur. Among them, 78 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 16 from Faridganj, 5 from Hajiganj, 3 from Matlab North, 1 from Kachua, 1 from Haimchar, 8 from Shahrasti, and 2 from Matlab South.
On the same day, 30 people were declared healthy. A total of 304 samples were tested on this day. According to the sample test, the detection rate is 37.50%.
Sources at the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office said the samples were collected throughout the day on Sunday.
At present 15,794 people are infected by corona in the district. The death toll was 242.
So far 15,080 people have been declared healthy. At present, the number of patients undergoing treatment is 472. Four of the victims are in the isolation ward of the hospital and the rest are in home isolation.
