Leave of educational institution would be extended again

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Zakir Hossain said that the leave of the educational institution would be extended again as the situation in Corona is not normal.

He said this on Saturday, January 9, adding that the holiday may be extended as the situation is not normal. The Prime Minister will take the final decision in this regard.

Meanwhile, according to an official of the Ministry of Education, considering the overall situation, the leave of the educational institution may increase from another 15 days to one month.

Due to Corona, the ongoing leave of the educational institution has been extended by several steps till January 16. On December 18, the Ministry of Education announced the holiday in a notification.
